Pet friendly and FREE parking on site! A renovated, two bedroom beauty! Quick walk to beach and boardwalk! No detail spared for this cozy sanctuary -- hotel-quality bedding, a spacious shower, stocked kitchen, fast WiFi, and TVs in each room! NO Parties. You must be 25+ to rent (Seaside Heights rules). We are a maximum 2 person occupancy per Seaside Heights occupancy requirements. We don't like chores, either. Your cleaning fee covers EVERYTHING!

House Rules
Minimum renter age is 25 per Seaside Heights requirements. This condo is part of a building with long-time residents. There is zero tolerance for smoking, parties, loud noises, and large groups. The building observes quiet time after 11 PM. If you're a smoker, please note there is no smoking permitted anywhere near the building -- this includes the unit itself, the hallway, the upstairs deck, or in front of the other units. Please head away from the units to smoke.
Other Details to Note
Please note our building, like most buildings in Seaside Heights, is old and dated in the common areas. This includes the exterior, entry, and shared hallway. We have no control over how this looks but acknowledge it looks dated at best. Also note our unit is on the SECOND floor, requiring a walk up & down exterior steps from street level. The condo is one level and contains no stairs, but there are stairs to climb to reach the condo itself. During the summer, we have window AC units to help cool the bedrooms at night, and a large wall AC unit cooling the living, dining, and kitchen areas during the day! Radiant baseboard heat is in every room in case it gets cool during the winter. We provide four (4) beach tags during the beach season! MINIMUM renter age is 25. PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED. We are part of a HOA building with year-round residents. ANY disruption to our community will result in immediate removal with no refund. STRP License #1733
